Shipping Policy – Our FLORA items are shipped internationally. Shipment fees are set based on where you live.
Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to your email and your item will be placed to production. Deliver time is 5-6 weeks max. Before your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. FLORA is not responsible for late shipment due to custom delays.

International Custom Charges Policy- Depending on the country you live, you may be subject to customs duty. Before order is set we advise you to contact your local customs and check what fees you may be subject to If you do not pay these fees, your parcel may be hold or abandoned. FLORA is not responsible for any delays or money loss and will not be responsible to pay those fees on your behalf.

Returns policy – Our team will do our best to assist you in selecting the piece you want and that is right for you, while answering all your questions, consulting you and providing all the information you need. Once order is set, then a FLORA piece is carefully made to your specific order and therefore returns/exchanges are not accepted.
